It's quite clear: the author was upset that someone speedran his map and decided to make it impossible.
There should be a line between what's possible and what's impossible. You could have placed 9999 Azure Dragons. But why? If it becomes more advantageous for the player to rush a hero without castles, so that he disappears from the map after 7 days, instead of building up an army and attacking, that's a big disadvantage for the author.
