There are 7 zones on one side (without relics on the ground). Surely in that many there will be something to break into the treasure zones. And there are 3 treasure zones, one player is unlikely to immediately consume/squeeze out from all of them at once.
IMHO, there is less randomness here, and the games are also more spectacular. And this should be considered as a compromise between more drawn-out templates and Jebus Cross.
I didn't understand the point about red at all. There is trading for that. In Jebus Cross, the influence of color is much greater.
