The HW portal isn't as large as we'd like it to be. Objectively, there aren't enough players currently playing here to properly staff the existing dozen or so Clans. And considering that not everyone wants to join a Clan, even if we manage to get 5-6 Clans together, it will be with great difficulty. Therefore, the growth in the number of Clans needs to be stopped. The simplest method for this is for the administration to take action. Perhaps you, as a coordinator, should submit a corresponding proposal to the Creator. Even if we adopt the rather weak requirements for leaders that I'm suggesting, it's very unlikely that another new Clan will appear in the near future; at most, they'll register a Vampire Clan.
If there are strict requirements for creating and maintaining Clans, then the Clans themselves will become stronger.
