Yes, a dropdown list would be great. But... I don't know how =)
And a scroller would be useful too, then we could fit all 60 items. But... I don't know how =)

Is it even necessary? Even if you manage to get 60 knowledge points, they won't be very useful, as you're unlikely to spend 600 mana, and the combat machines won't be that great anymore. You can only develop this way in battles that last for several years, and even then, it will be at the expense of other stats.
