Please tell me how to properly set the parameters for the OBJECTIVE_KIND_BUILD_BUILDING_IN_TOWN task, which requires building a capitol in a town. If I set the city name in Parameter [0], the task is completed immediately when the map starts. If I add anything else, it stops relating to that city. I've already broken my head over this.
