Looking at this whole discussion, I want to point out a few things:
1) I don't know much about the lore of all this and voted for the girl who looked the most appealing.
2) It's funny, but I was going to vote for the top one, not the bottom one, because the first one has a better outfit, and, as Revan pointed out above, a pleasant smile. But my hand slipped, and I only found out about my mistake from the results.
3) I read the whole discussion and now I'm wondering if my subconscious didn't make the right choice for me, because the bottom girl is obviously lawful good, even if she's just a cog in the political machine.
4) I still think the girl at the top is more attractive from an external point of view, and the outfit on the one below is better, but according to the description, it's some kind of outlandish and impractical thing. But on the face of the top one, it's written that she's a cunning bitch, and on the face of the second one, that she's as simple as a forty-kopeck coin (this is not a disadvantage in my understanding, if that's what you mean).
In short, strange conclusions, I don't know what to do with them now.
