Sacred Haven of Debauchery

a colleague at work was telling me how, in Paris, some homeless person (or maybe a taxi driver, I don't remember) approached him. He asked for a cigarette, and then started to pee, apparently even in his own pants. He also said that it smelled bad there. I even thought that maybe he went to Yekaterinburg instead of Paris. Overall, he liked it; he lived in Europe for a couple of years, in different countries.
