Key to the Disciples III editor.

I bought Disciples III through Steam, hoping to get a working editor, but when I launch it, it asks for a license key. Does anyone know a way to unlock it? I've already sent an email to the developers, and I've tried changing the source code for the license check and using keygens, but nothing helps.
