How did you manage to prevent Kirr from catching up to your heroes? Because of this, I had to abandon my plan of completing the game by running away from Kirr (I had to sacrifice Iona so that Kreg would survive) and instead opted for a plan to defeat her directly. After capturing the swamp castle, Kirr caught up to my heroes, but in your screenshot, I see that you are standing near the castle, but Kirr hasn't caught up to the heroes.
