Two parts of the island.

Regarding the starting heroes. This issue can be resolved by opening the Map Properties Tree. It is located in the toolbar; look for it by hovering over the icons. The name should appear. Click on the icon, and a drop-down window will open on the left. In it, find the Players line. Click on the plus sign to expand it. There, you will see the player numbering from 0 to 7. Accordingly, player 0 is red, player 1 is blue, and so on. For each player on your map, find the Hero in town line and set it to true. Done.
