Heading towards CIS-2020.

I have edited the topic in accordance with the new dates for the event.
Since, unfortunately, some participants cannot come in August, there are a few free spots available. Those who are interested, please write to me; my contact information is in the first post.

The organizers know best, but still...
If there are no official restrictions on travel by air and rail, or on staying in the booked rooms, I suggest not rushing to cancel the May CIS event. It can always be canceled, especially since the entire resort is reserved for us, and if a ban is imposed, the owners will still not find new clients...
I am simply concerned about the situation with the return of funds in case the above restrictions are not in place: the airline and the hotel in St. Petersburg will not refund my money.
