NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

When I click on the link, it just redirects me to some sales website; there is no download option, neither automatic nor manual. If we are talking about something like Nival_RUS, do I need to install it or something? Is there simply a pack in an archive now, as before? P.S. Can I selectively delete a creature from the archive? Or do I need to find all files related to it – textures, models, etc.? For example, the "Berserk" creature exists both as an NCF creature and replaces the model of the original Orc Goblin with the same Berserk. Please tell me how to fix this. And is there a way to disable random squads so that when I place, for example, a militia unit, creatures of the same level don't appear randomly.
