The secondary town is Hell, with a fire creature nest. After obtaining the boots, even though I lost all my troops in level 124, I had a strong economy and good main troop skills. I was also able to execute the strategy as planned, eventually capturing all of the opponent's cities, forcing them to take a risky approach and attack my town, which led to my victory.
