After yesterday’s match with Grando, I strongly request that the ability to rebuild from any level be reverted to No Gameplay Changes. I think many will support me. Situation: see the screenshot, there are a lot of large constructions, heroes with Earth magic, but it’s impossible to take them. Because in 3 cities, it didn’t provide a slow effect. I had to build a GM 3 in the swamp (!) and rebuild a level 1 structure. If necessary, a vote can be held; I think the majority will be in favor of rebuilding from any level. I would also like to remind you that rebuilding is not “canon,” and the HW community has the right to decide how rebuilding will be done on the HW plugin.
