I partially agree. I'm not one of those perfectionists for whom the slightest flaw immediately ruins the implementation of an idea; in other words, I would (and will) implement any technically feasible ideas, even if they have some problems (of course, if these problems are not critical). Of course, there will be those who think differently, so, in my opinion, the possibility of such a unit appearing in very rare cases, as a boss-easter egg, is quite justified.

As an example, I think you are well familiar with NHF and the fact that some of the moments that are implemented awkwardly or not very conveniently there (for example, special units like Hafad) have explanations and caveats that clearly let the player know that these are technical problems of the game, and not flaws of the author.
