Since I’m already here, I will answer frequently asked questions from players and then make a short statement. 1) How do I report a leaver/cheater/someone who is AFK? Send an email to hotaleavers@gmail.com, indicating your nickname, the opponent's nickname, and what they did. Example: "Vasya and Petya are AFK." If it concerns leaving or being AFK, be sure to attach a screenshot of the chat log and a screenshot in the game window to the letter. If you didn't have time/forgot to take the latter, in most cases, just the chat log will suffice. If there are suspicions of cheating, all saves should be attached, as well as a brief explanation of the situation: what is wrong, on which day. 2) Do you respond to all emails, and how can I find out if mine has been viewed? Personally, I try to respond to everyone, but everyone does things differently. Currently, not all admins have time to deal with mail, but they will definitely do so when possible. Continue writing as before. 3) Why do you respond slowly; aren't you paid for this? No, we do this voluntarily, in our free time. 4) The lobby is offline again; how long will this continue, and when will it be fixed? The creator of the lobby handles this issue; administrators cannot know when everything will return to normal. Not everything is as good as one would like, but still, there are few cases similar to Mr. Profik’s antics. He was given chances to correct himself, but he did not use them. I would like to ask, why even bother? I can understand the situation when someone leaves without thinking, so to speak, gets frustrated. But the purpose of people who do this consciously, coming up with absurd excuses, is not very clear. No one will reach the top of the rating using such methods, and why would they want to? The numbers will disappear, but your reputation will remain. What I want to say in conclusion.
