The only problem (?), it seems, is that the position of such a creature on the battlefield is not determined quite correctly. For example, the `pos` function will return the coordinates not of the center of the 3x3 square, but of the top-left corner of the 2x2 square, which is highlighted in yellow in the screenshot. But this is a rare situation and unlikely to affect anything.
