Animation of objects on the world map has been removed.

Unpack "Fix.Cosmetic.ZIP" to directory:
_HD3_Data\Common\Fix.Cosmetic

For example unpack here:
c:\games\Heroes of Might and Magic III Complete\_HD3_Data\Common\Fix.Cosmetic


Before unpacking make backup of your "Fix.Cosmetic" folder



No animation on adventure map objects:
