New forum skin – Discussion.

I like the new skin better – it suits my avatar. But the message window seems out of place; it would be better to recolor it as well. And in general, the option to choose a skin should be more visible at the beginning of the forum and in a larger font. I personally had trouble finding it even after mudvaLing's message.
