Dell G3 laptop.
OS: Win10
Game version with patch 3.1
Problem:
An error occurs when launching the game, but because Cyrillic characters are not displayed, it's unclear what the error is. Has anyone encountered this and can offer help?

Before this, I Downloaded the game from a different source on another computer and copied it from there. The game launches, but it doesn't have access to memory. It's impossible to save anything. Every time, I have to create a new profile and reconfigure the settings. It's impossible to save; it says there isn't enough memory, even though there's plenty.
Please help.

UPD: The first problem has been solved, but the second one remains. The error, as it turns out, is related to the drive where the game is installed. If you run the game from a drive, even a virtual one, the problem is resolved. I tried Downloading the game from another source, but unfortunately, the second problem with memory persists.

UPD2: The second problem was solved as follows:
1. Install the game.
2. Run the patch; you'll see the "catastrophic failure" error.
3. Delete the folder in the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information
*Keep in mind that this folder is hidden.
4. Run the patch again; you'll see a new error stating that the game is not installed.
5. Reinstall the game from the disc over the existing installation (in my case, the installer recognized the game and instead of "install," it showed "uninstall," so I had to open the disc as a folder and click "Setup"; the installation was in the same location). If the installation is interrupted after unpacking, it means that InstallShield is stuck in the processes – stop it (in my case, this process was already running and had been stopped beforehand).
6. Run the patch for the third time – everything should install. If you get a catastrophic failure, go back to step 3.
