Guide on adding a new model, animation, and creature to HoMMV

I wouldn't want to add fuel to the fire, but I probably won't be able to get my point across without it. I just want to say that our "Heroes community" is already very small, and it mostly consists of two or three people. There isn't much "fresh blood" among us. Nevertheless, during my four years on the forum, I've had plenty of time to enjoy the "friendly atmosphere" of the community. Time and time again, I've observed how the community "welcomes" new people who are trying to get into modding and map-making. I've seen countless times when someone just starts their journey, makes a mod or map, and posts it on the forum, but instead of hearing ideas, suggestions, support, feedback, or objective, constructive criticism, they only hear things like, "Your map/mod is garbage, there are projects 100 times better than yours, why did you even post it here?" Or other arrogant responses from local "gurus" who start bossing around and telling people what to do, and God forbid you don't follow their "authoritative" opinion. I don't think any of us want the game that unites us to be simply forgotten and abandoned, but how will the game and the community develop if people who are trying to do something are immediately attacked by "forum members" like dogs that bark but don't bite? I remember well the beginning of "my journey" on this forum, when I first came and was immediately "greeted" by local arrogant upstarts, whom I wanted to send on a one-way trip after the second sentence, because their messages were just saturated with arrogance, conceit, and pomposity. And I sometimes see the same "warm welcome" towards other people who are just starting to learn modding. What do they deserve for this kind of treatment? Just because their first attempt doesn't match the level of Nival developers? Well, excuse me, Rome wasn't built in a day. What is the purpose of this kind of behavior? Is it a desire to assert oneself? To show off one's inflated ego? Or do the old-timers see this as some kind of competition and are trying to get rid of it? It's just ridiculous. It doesn't bring much benefit, who has become rich from this? It's just a hobby; we're all in the same boat, so what's the point of all this bickering? The atmosphere of the community depends directly on us and our attitude towards each other. How can we even talk about development if we don't even respect our "colleagues" and discourage them from doing anything that benefits "Heroes"? Wouldn't it be nicer to communicate in a friendly and respectful atmosphere? This is fertile ground for development. Criticism should not be harsh or negative. In my opinion, it should be objective, well-reasoned, and have a NEUTRAL position. Only then can it be called criticism; everything else has nothing to do with criticism, and there's no need to confuse concepts, saying that "criticism in a dismissive and offensive way is also criticism." No, it's just rudeness, nothing more and nothing less. ABSOLUTELY ANY criticism can always be expressed with DIGNITY. Instead of throwing out a careless phrase like, "This mod has ugly and poor textures on the model, what prevented you from making them better...", you can always say, "I think that the model's textures could be improved." The example is, of course, very simple and perhaps not very illustrative, but I hope the point is clear. In this case, I don't think footman had a specific goal to demoralize the person. He just needed to choose a different wording.
