Fussigny
As for sake, I keep meaning to try it, but I never get around to it. In many ways, this is due to the atmosphere: traditionally, sake is not meant to be drunk alone, and I always try to observe the customs of consuming a drink, and ideally, to take into account the culture of its homeland at a given moment. To "feel" the drink, so to speak, and this feeling always consists of two parts: the subject and the object, and the subject must match the object... I hope you understand what I meant, because I myself don't understand it... In short, the prospect of drinking sake while sitting in a bathrobe in front of a laptop and looking at factory chimneys out the window evokes a strong sense of internal contradiction in me. And sake is expensive, and I doubt it keeps well after opening. I'd rather buy another bottle of whiskey.
