Dave is probably indeed unmatched for the past year.

In the voting for the player of the year 2018, LuckyF won against Dave_HUN in a close contest, although he didn't play in the CIS region and didn't have any major tournament victories besides Facebook.
In my opinion, there are currently two contenders, Dave_HUN and Antiplayer, who have equal chances. But due to his victory in Facebook, Antiplayer is more deserving of the title of player of the year.
