MMH5.5 - Heroes of Might and Magic 5.5

Hello. Could you please provide some guidance? We want to play Heroes 5 with good AI opponents over a network. We have a local network with 2 players plus AI. As you know, the main problem is the AI's long turn times. We've been looking for a solution to this problem and came across this, which seemed interesting. I don't quite understand how the AI will work over the network, and how to activate the script. I downloaded version MMH55_RC13+ patch + Russian language pack. The description says how to activate it, but I don't quite understand... If it's not too much trouble, could you describe step-by-step what needs to be done? Thank you.
