Hero replacer.

For now, I don't really plan on going back to the Academy, unless some serious bug with the models pops up.

But the colors of the Nura and Ora elephants look really bad, they're too garish. They're too acidic, they hurt the eyes. You can keep the same color, but you need to change the shade.

I'll try playing around with the tones, maybe something will come of it. Although, I specifically gave Nura and Ora brighter colors.

For Hafiz, it's cool that you made the cloth on the elephant's side a different texture, but maybe it's still better to repaint the forehead shield in the color of Hafiz's armor?
For Nazir, wouldn't it be better to paint the clothes and armor on the elephant in the red, black, and yellow colors of Nazir himself? If you also attach some kind of fire emblem to the forehead shield, it would be even better. Nazir is a fire mage, right?

The Razak hero himself looks cool (although the green on the elephant seems unnecessary).

I wanted to make some of the colors more diverse. This was done so that you don't confuse the player's color when quickly scrolling through the map, and the colors in which the hero and his mount are painted. To be honest, I left the original color of the elephants for myself.

Hafiz's turban is too small.
Faiz and Narhiz have very low-poly head models. Also, they don't suit either of them.
Narhiz turned out really, really bad, to be honest.
For Faiz, don't you want to use the head model from the mage hero from Heroes 7? I can help with the export if needed.

You can't even see all this in the game. If you look closely, the genie and Ora models have one significant flaw, but it's impossible to see in the game, and that's why the models turned out very good, otherwise I would have been working on them for another month and finally installed 3D Max. After I finish the humans, I'll combine all the factions into one mod. Then I'll try to work on the models, but for now, I need to finish the main work.

upd: By the way, Nazir can smoke through a hole in his mask) he somehow drinks and eats in the desert) and in general, there is no animation of calmness without smoking. There might be a way to cut the animation, but I haven't figured out how.
