In my opinion, your work is getting better with each iteration. Keep it up.

I can't understand why, but the new elephants catch my eye the most.
Faiz has a very, very cool elephant, and Hafiz, Razak, and Nazir have good elephants. But the colors of Nura and Orah's elephants look bad and are very garish. Too acidic, it hurts the eyes. You can leave the color the same, but the shade needs to be different.

Hafiz did a great job making the cloth on the elephant's side a different texture, but maybe it would be better to repaint the forehead shield in the color of Hafiz's armor?
For Nazir, wouldn't it be better to paint the clothes and armor on the elephant in the red, black, and yellow colors of Nazir himself? If you also add some kind of fire emblem to the elephant's forehead, it would be even more beautiful. Nazir is a fire mage, right?

Razak himself looks cool (although the green on the elephant seems unnecessary).
Nazir looks cool, but shouldn't he wear gloves? (and how does he smoke in a mask? maybe something can be done about that. is there no animation without smoking? because I don't want him to be on Zehir's model, he looks too good on the regular mage model).

Hafiz has a turban that is too small.
Faiz and Narhiz have very low-poly head models. Also, it doesn't suit either of them.
Narhiz turned out very, very bad, to be honest.
For Faiz, don't you want to use the head model from the mage hero from Heroes 7? I can help with the export if needed.
