Guide on adding a new model, animation, and creature to HoMMV
The guide is very well written, detailed, informative, and, most importantly, includes screenshots. I think now any beginner will be able to master this process, because it can't be described in more detail.
I was also planning to create a similar guide on models as a final project, especially since I had some groundwork done, as I created something like a manual for myself during the process of working with models, although it wasn't very detailed and is no longer entirely relevant. But I probably wouldn't have been able to describe this process so clearly.
I don't know if this will attract "new blood" to Modding, but you've done a great job in any case, definitely a 'like' :)
I have a small suggestion, if you don't mind. Maybe it would be worth describing the process of editing models, even if it's not complicated? For example, simply deleting polygons or some objects from the model. Or describing how to attach new objects, such as weapons or armor elements, to the model. It doesn't seem difficult, but it would be useful for beginners, as it would give them certain creative possibilities.
P.S. It would be interesting to see a section on working with animations, how well the animations from Heroes 7 adapt to Heroes 5, besides "move". And whether the entire set matches or some have to be assembled and edited in parts, as in my case.

However, the manual did not address the problem of polygons not being displayed due to incorrect unwrapping according to the engine, but you probably haven't encountered it yet.
Are we talking about models that should have a mirrored unwrap on some flat elements?
Perhaps there is another solution, but in my opinion, it is easier to work with such models using the "Shell" modifier, slightly increasing the thickness of the object. However, sometimes some adjustments are needed, as extra polygons often appear, which need to be deleted or their positions edited.
It might also be worth describing other problems that you might encounter in the guide, as well as ways to solve them. Although, I don't know, maybe that's unnecessary.
