It happened.
A demon with full meat flew into my treasure zone, the Orc was on a march, so I only had time to take the Temple, Dragon Utopia (of useful things - only the Forgotten Armor), and capture the shop (which had a Lion's Cape as something useful). After that, I teleported home - feared that the demon's speed-walker with full meat would catch me.
Yes, entered the treasure zone too late - went through MT, and there were Sylphs. Had to wait about 3 days for one more delivery of meat and air units. And as a result, managed to do very little in my own treasure zone before the demon arrived. And didn't make it to the mentor.
Second game as an Orc - missed out on the scarecrow again, neither in the Temple, nor Dragon Utopia, nor magic huts - ran around about 5 of them, including some with Sylphs.
