How can I restore the bug that allowed using magic twice in one turn?

In older versions, by pressing a combination of buttons, it was possible to use magic twice per turn. How can I restore the bug that allows using magic twice per turn in Heroes 3: Complete Collection, Platinum Edition? Or is there a text file that can be edited to enable using magic twice per turn?
