[/U]Speaking of the timer, I’m a bit of a procrastinator myself, but I’ve noticed that if a blitz game is played with a timer three times shorter, it doesn’t mean I start playing three times worse — I play the same, just do everything three times faster. So personally, reducing the timer makes certain sense to me. On the other hand, I want to relax with some tea and chat while listening to music, not sweat it out — in short, it’s a matter of taste. IMHO, you can currently find an opponent of your level on any timer you like, at least in HotA.
