"Team Tournament - II"

Let's slightly revise the tournament regulations regarding group formation. Firstly, we're waiting and hoping that three more players will register. Secondly, we decided not to hold a random draw but to conduct a draft among the team captains. The captains will be selected from the top 4 players in the first tier. The draft order among the captains will be determined by a random draw from 1 to 4. The captain who is determined first in the draw will choose among the players from the 2nd and 3rd tiers, followed by the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th captains. After that, the draft will proceed in reverse order: first the fourth, then the third, second, and first. We will play one game instead of two.
The streaming time for the draft will be announced later, as we need to coordinate it with the captains.
