Install version 3.1 separately – the problem will be solved.
If you want to play with the EWA mod, I recommend installing it as described here (it’s better to install version 2.6.2): - the problem will be solved.

I have both 2.7.1 and 3.1 installed, and nothing is there in either one. That's why I'm asking – what mod could possibly affect this? And yet, it exists in duels
