"Team Tournament - II"

Since the tournament depends on 2 players in a pair, I would suggest conducting a poll among all participants before the start of the tournament to confirm whether they are ready to play it to the end. Perhaps it would be better to do this immediately after the draw. It's better for someone to drop out right away than after a month, and maybe someone won't even respond after being registered.
