Did you enter the hero's name correctly?

Yes, I checked it several times. I partially managed to achieve what I wanted. Using the SetRegionBlocked command, the computer can no longer buy creatures from dwellings, but it continues to manage the city, specifically: buying creatures, building structures, etc. I've seen this done in many maps, but I can't remember which ones.
