Where did the Subjugate spell go?

Hello everyone! I need some help. I have two versions: 3.1 Gold and Epic War Age. I'm using the standard mod pack, but in single-player scenarios, the "Dominate" spell is missing for Heroes with Dark Magic. I checked in a duel, and it's there. It's not in the castles or in the spellbook. What could be causing this, and if anyone knows, which mod is responsible? It's quite difficult to play a true dark mage without Dominate...
