Who are untouchable Gods of heroes3?

The "Synergy 2020" tournament was not held at all on HeroesWorld, nor were any earlier synergies. Why should a tournament that HeroesWorld has nothing to do with be discussed on HeroesWorld?
The conclusion that follows from this is that if any participant in the conflict crossed ethical boundaries somewhere, no one on HeroesWorld or within its framework is obligated to do anything about it.
