"Team Tournament - II"

I don't see any mention of a 2v2 format in the rules. Teams play against each other. Teams consist of individual players. Teams are formed based on skill after a random draw, separately for each of the formed brackets. The number of games each participant in each team plays is equal to the number of players multiplied by twice the number of players in each of the opposing teams.

Doesn't it seem to YOU that the result will then depend on randomness? Suppose one player wins 2-0, and the second loses 0-2 in all games, because the players are chosen randomly, it is unknown who will be paired with whom, maybe a player who doesn't want to continue the tournament will be chosen... This is to say that no matter how well you play, everything depends on the draw at the beginning of the tournament, and not on the skill of playing Heroes. Well, of course, playing in "tournaments" is certainly interesting for some, but when there is no competitive element, it is sad.
The second question is about the ranked tournament, where can I see this current ranking? And will the ranking be awarded for all games in a pair, or only for the individual games you win?
