"Team Tournament - II"

"Each team member must play TWO games against each member of the opposing teams." Is this a 2v2 tournament, meaning 2 games or 1v1, totaling four games against the opposing team? Both formats satisfy the condition above.

I don't see any mention of a 2v2 format in the rules. Teams play against each other. Teams consist of individual players. Teams are formed based on skill after a random draw, separately for each of the formed brackets. The number of games each participant from each team plays is equal to the number of players multiplied by twice the number of players on each of the opposing teams.
