Technical issues with Heroes III.

Well, hello there. I downloaded Heroes 3 and encountered a problem: I launched the game a couple of times as an administrator, and there were only a few saves. When I launch it without administrator privileges, there are more saves, and I play from those. As a result, the game lags every minute when I launch it without administrator privileges. I don't know what to do to prevent it from constantly crashing and still not have to launch it as an administrator because of the above. I have Windows 10 x64, and I've searched everywhere for the saves that are created without launching as an administrator, but it's a waste of time. Does anyone know where they are located or how to prevent the constant crashes? I've already searched a lot of websites, and there's no solution to this problem anywhere (((
