I read it and don't understand, is anyone really against a more balanced generator?

"For everything good and against everything bad." Only the concept of a "balanced generator" differs for everyone. In any case, this is a topic for discussion in another thread (freshmod, where attempts are being made to fix the generator).
But I see a much more important problem there - if the freshmod developers don't transfer significant changes to the Gameplay from the default version, making them connectable separately, then all the work on improving the interface and generator will be meaningless.
