[ТУРНИР-Hota] Lobby style (m200)

I didn't participate, but I really like the M200 format; I think it's the most promising.
It's very engaging, although the timer is a bit short; 4-4-1 would be better, I think. And a richer pool of templates would be good (+nine day, +skirmish, maybe even a fifth one to add to the existing ones). The next tournament could attract 60+ participants.
The fifth template could be Jebus M.
