Changes are made based on the analysis of statistics and observations; we only consult directly with specific players. Various public polls are a direct path to lengthy, meaningless discussions, which will waste time, and the result will be the same. Not to mention that even on platforms like HW, no one is immune to votes from completely inexperienced online players. In addition, players may have a false impression that their opinion is decisive, when in practice it is merely advisory.
