Okay, let's assume Hitler was crazy, and his generals were afraid of him, but why did ordinary soldiers continue to fight? And one of the answers I found is the feeling of camaraderie and brotherhood. Indeed, people have been through many battles together, and they have faced death many times, so how can they surrender now? Because if you surrender, it means that your comrades will fight and die without you. The only way out is to surrender collectively, all together, but this does not happen very often. So ordinary people continued to fight for their comrades.
