Runic magic

I (and not just me) can't use any runes (except for energy runes and elemental immunity) even with a heavily upgraded gnome hero and a lot of resources.
All the others are displayed in gray and are prohibited from use (even if all conditions are met!!).
Does anyone know how to solve this issue... :confused: :confused: :confused:

Have you installed patch 2.1? And is it a licensed version of the game?
If so, I don't know - try reinstalling the game...
There are some runes that are grayed out during battle - they contain additional conditions - the exorcism rune only works if a spell has been cast on the unit, the berserker rune - if at least one creature has died in the squad, the dragon form rune does not work on Fire and Lava Dragons, etc...
But as a rule, the rest of the runes work correctly and immediately...
