Blue crystal

Tried to finish it, and finally reached the guardians, but got stuck. I haven't seen such overpowered characters in a long time. For example, one of them has a spell, like a fireball, that goes off at the very beginning of the battle and spreads across the entire perimeter, dealing huge damage and destroying all equipment (which game is this from?). They all have insane initiative, and I'm not even talking about their stats and resilience. But the author thought that wasn't enough, so he took away all their mana before the battle, leaving the main character to just stand around and complain about the unfairness of life.
