As I get older and wiser, I become more critical.

This isn't what a wiser person does. A wise person will enjoy good things, rather than looking for flaws in everything, especially where there are none. That's what limited teenagers do, due to their stubbornness and lack of experience. And before you say that the same can be said about my preferences in human appearance... NO, IT CAN'T! Because I'm not looking for flaws, I have p-r-e-f-e-r-e-n-c-e-s.
