I completely agree with you. And in my opinion, if a message with a negative opinion about Heroes 4 appears, that message should be deleted, and the sender should be given a warning. Such actions need to be suppressed! Because they do not respect the opinions of fans of Heroes 4.

:) You don't necessarily have to delete it. Instead, you can politely respond in a similar tone, which might discourage them from writing similar things in the future. And the response can serve as a lesson to others who might think the same way, if they even bother to read it. :)
