According to the rules, if a player doesn't wait at least 15 minutes for any response from their opponent, such a report will not be considered. Please do not mislead people about the administration's working methods.

I'm not suggesting anyone be reported; I'm just saying that if my opponent doesn't respond, I don't wait 15 minutes. I just leave the game, and that's it; I don't file a report against them. If they return, they can write, and we can finish the game; if they don't return, so be it. So, there's no reason to accuse me of misleading anyone.
