Red crystal

I reached the crystal and even defeated the "lesser guardian." It's virtually impossible to move the main guardian, and I'm not even talking about the army, but the constant subjugations deprive you of both archers and initiative. I found the "lumberjacks" quite quickly with the help of a secondary hero. I played as elves on "warrior" difficulty. But even that felt too easy, the enemies visited too often.
In any case, I really enjoyed the map; thank you to the author, it was interesting!
