Please read everything written in this thread regarding this issue. If you had read my post, which immediately precedes yours, you wouldn't have asked your question.

Kostya, does claiming that someone is a cheater obligate the person making the claim to some kind of responsibility?
At the very least, should they initiate an investigation, for example, on HW or by sending a letter to the lobby support?
Should they or shouldn't they?

For example:
Thread - I request that the game of NICK be reviewed due to suspected cheating.

And after that, it would be acceptable to leave the ranked game with him.

But until that happens, all the fantasies about someone being a cheater
are purely the personal opinion of the player and do not constitute an argument for violating the current rules of the lobby.
